The plaintiffs, Frederick L. Winfield, Zultna G. Muniz, James Steffensen, Ado-*400ram Shen, and Digna Ruiz, and other putative class members (collectively the “plaintiffs”), move for this Court to grant a conditional certification and provide notice to a proposed nationwide class pursuant to § 216(b) of the Fair Labor Standards 'Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
