Plaintiff Shavez Jackson, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, brings this putative collective and class action against Bloomberg L.P. (“Bloomberg”) for allegedly failing to compensate Global Customer Support Representatives (“GCSRs”) for overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”), and New York Labor Law § 650 et seq. (“NYLL”).
