The named plaintiffs,1 former employees of the defendants, commenced this action on March 6, 2006, claiming that La Belle Farm, Inc. and related persons and corporate entities violated various provisions of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (“AWPA”), the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq, New York Labor Law (“NYLL”), N.Y.
