MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the court on separate Motions to Dismiss Counts Two and Three of Plaintiffs Complaint, filed by Defendants Melanie Hinson (“Hinson”)(Doc. #4) and Billy Childers (“Childers”)(Doe. #11).

The Plaintiff, DIRECTV, Inc., brings claims against Hinson and Childers for violation of 46 U.S.C. § 605(a) (Count One), violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2511(1) (Count Two), violation of 18 U.S.C. 2512(b) (Count Three), and conversion (Count Four).

For reasons to be discussed, the Motions to Dismiss are due to be GRANTED in part and…
