Respondent appeals a judgment granting petitioner’s request for a permanent stalking protective order (SPO) against him under ORS 30.866(1),1 raising two assignments of error.2 In his first assignment, respondent contends that the trial court erred by determining that petitioner experienced “reasonable apprehension” regarding her “personal safety.” In his second assignment, respondent argues that the court erred by denying him the right to cross-examination and by refusing to allow him to call two of his witnesses.
