The trial court granted petitioner a permanent stalking protective order (SPO) against respondent. Respondent appeals, challenging, among other issues, the adequacy of the evidence to support the issuance of the SPO. We affirm.

We review the facts de novo. Hanzo v. deParrie, 152 Or App 525, 537, 953 P2d 1130 (1998), rev den, 328 Or 418 (1999). We defer to the trial court’s implicit and explicit credibility determinations, which favored petitioner.
