—The prevailing defendants in a specific performance and breach of contract action appeal a postjudgment order denying their motion for attorneys fees (Civ. Code, § 1717).

On May 11, 1979, plaintiff John Manier executed a “Real Estate Purchase Agreement and Deposit Receipt” to acquire commercial property owned by defendant Anaheim Business Center Company (ABCC).
