The defendant contractor, Mark S. Crapo, appeals from the judgment of the trial court determining that he breached his contract with the plaintiff homeowners, William Blacker, Jr., and Terri Blacker, violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., and committed a trespass against the plaintiffs.
