The defendants, Femi Olowosoyo 1 and Starlight Construction Company, Inc., appeal from the judgment rendered after a court trial, arising from a home construction contract with the plaintiffs, Stephen Shelton and Elizabeth Shelton, denying relief on all claims and counterclaims. On appeal, the defendants claim that the court improperly found that the payment terms of the contract had been modified based on the parties’ actions and that it failed to award damages.
