IRWIN, Justice.
Everett Roland Wier hereinafter called plaintiff, commenced an action for damages against Hillcrest Medical Center for alleged injuries sustained by him by reason of the alleged negligence of the medical center, its servants, agents and employees. On trial of the cause, the trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence.
