This cause of action comes here for hearing from the district court of Tulsa county, Okla. We will refer to the respective parties as they appeared in the trial court. The defendant is a private corporation, conducting a hospital in the town of Tulsa, Okla., for private gain. On (r about the 15th day of February, 1915, the plaintiff, Mrs. Lottie Juby, was taken to said hospital for the purpose of being opera ted on for appendicitis.
