1 The issue presented for our review on certiorari is whether the trial court was correct in determining in the context of a premises liability lawsuit that a business invitor's claims against a third party and its claim that the third party caused the invitee's infu-ry should be heard by the jury determining the liability of the invitor to the invitee. That issue may not be unequivocally answered in this case.
