Plaintiffs-appellants, Russell J. Phillips, Sr. et al., appeal from the order of the trial court granting a directed verdict in favor of the city of Cleveland, and from the court’s verdict in favor of Boyas Excavating, Inc. and Peter Boyas. Pursuant to R.C. 2505.22, the city of Cleveland, Boyas Excavating and Peter Boyas have filed assignments of error with the court.
