Appellants Jeffrey and Beverly Arndt filed suit to determine whether respondent-insurer American Family Insurance Company (American) is obligated to pay appellants’ insurance claim, which was based on a farm family liability policy issued by American to the defendant, Ronald Kieffer (Kieffer). The trial court determined that the policy excluded coverage for the injuries sustained by appellants and granted summary judgment to American.
