This is an appeal by the surviving wife from a judgment sustaining a will in a proceeding for the revocation of the probate of a will instituted by her. The grounds of contest were undue influence and insanity. The issue of insanity was submitted to the jury and a verdict was rendered in favor of the respondent, sustaining the will. As no substantial evidence of insanity was produced, the verdict of the jury holding the decedent to be sane is not attacked by appellant.
