Plaintiff Western Oil and Eefining Company brought this action in interpleader to determine con fiicting claims to money due and owing from it for crude oil purchased from defendant and respondent Venago Oil Corporation. Defendant Standard Pipe & Supply Co. and the defendants referred to herein as Campbell and associates have filed separate appeals from the judgment, which decreed that Venago Oil Corporation was entitled to the entire sum of $44,563.42 then due, and that appellants had no interest therein, or in any amounts which might thereafter become due from plaintiff in interpleader for…
