GLASSER, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Gasser Chair Company, Inc. and George Gasser (collectively, “Gasser” or “Plaintiffs”) filed this case seeking, among other things, to set aside a fraudulent conveyance and to satisfy a more than $15 million judgment (the “Judgment”) previously entered by this Court in favor of Plaintiffs against Infanti Chair Manufacturing Corporation (“Infanti Chair”) and Vittorio Infanti (“Mr.Infanti”).
