MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GLASSER, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This Memorandum and Order arises out of the continuing and persistent efforts of two judgment creditors to satisfy a multimillion dollar judgment and the demise of a corporation which the creditors claim is a successor to one of the debtors. Plaintiffs Gasser Chair Company, Inc. (“Gasser Chair”) and George Gasser (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) obtained a judgment in excess of fifteen million dollars (the “Judgment”) against Infanti Chair Manufacturing Corporation (“Infanti Chair”) and Vittorio In-fanti (“Mr. Infanti”) on August 9, 1996.…
