Plaintiff Michael Neshewat commenced this action against defendants Maurice J. Salem (“Salem” or the “defendant”) and his wife Clodia Salem (collectively, the “defendants”) seeking to set aside: (1) the conveyance by Salem (fik/a Maurice J.
