This is an appeal from the verdict of a jury and judgment based thereon in the Laurel circuit court rendered June 26, 1936, probating the last will and testament of Sue E. McNeill.
The grounds for appeal are based on the following alleged errors: (1) Because the court erred in admitting evidence offered by the contestee, which was objected and excepted to at the time; (2) error in admitting as evidence the order and judgment of the county court appealed from in the case, and permitting the witness, J.
