“Danville, Ky., Sept. 29, 1926.—L. Q. Nelson, Dentist, Danville, Kentucky.—‘Until I can have my will written the following are my wishes in regard to my estate. I want the Fidelity and Columbia Trust Co., of Louisville, Ky., to take entire charge of all my property and hold same in trust for the life of my wife Nellie Cooke Nelson, the income to be paid to her except $25,000 twenty-five thousand dollars which is to be paid to her upon my death.
