The appellees, B. W. Wright and Y. E. Allen, were •partners, and engaged in the business of buying, prizing, and selling tobacco, in Mayfield, Kentucky, under the firm name and style of B. W. Wright, and as such, occupied for the purposes of their business, a barn, which was the property of G. R. Allen and W. A. Usher.
