Affirming.

Two questions are raised on this appeal: The first, that of the right of appellant to a mandatory injunction *282against appellee compelling' her to remove gates and obstructions on a passway over her land which appellant claims, and perpetually enjoining and restraining her from again obstructing the passway, and the second, whether or not the subject matter of this controversy has already been so adjudicated and determined in a similar case as to require the application of the doctrine of res judicata.
