Reversing.

The question is whether a portion of an undelivered holographic letter is a will. On an appeal from an order of probate, the appellants proved some circumstances surrounding the parties and the writing of the letter. In the absence of countervailing evidence, the court directed a verdict and adjudged the relevant portion to be a will.
