MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Nicholas Spaeth sued six law schools alleging that they unlawfully discriminated against him based on his age when they declined to interview or to hire him after he applied for tenure-track teaching positions through the 2010 American Association of Law Schools (“AALS”) Faculty Appointments Register. {See Amended Complaint, Nov. 7, 2011 [Dkt.
