I. BACKGROUND

From March 2009 to October 2013, Plaintiff Saundra M. McNair worked as an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) for the District of Columbia Office of Employment Services (“DOES”), an agency of Defendant District of Columbia. Am. Compl., ECF No. 12, ¶¶ 15, 49. Plaintiff suffers from a variety of physical disabilities.
