This case is before us following the Government’s interlocutory appeal under Article 62, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 862 (2012).
Contrary to Appellant’s pleas, a panel sitting as a general court-martial convicted Appellant of one specification of abusive sexual contact by pressing a stethoscope to the breasts of a noncommissioned officer in violation of Article 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 920.
