The Government appeals the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals’ (AFCCA) decision, pursuant to its review under Article- 66(e), Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 866 (2012), not to approve certain specifications because they constituted an unreasonable multiplication of charges, despite Appellee’s pretrial agreement (PTA), which waived all waivable motions.
