MIHALAKOS, J.
Following the commencement of this negligence action by the plaintiff, Michael Baris, against the defendant company, Southbend, Inc., the trial court rendered judgment of nonsuit and dismissal against the plaintiff.1 The plaintiff challenges the subsequent denial of his motion for reargument and reconsideration of the judgment of nonsuit.
