The defendants, William E. Cunningham and Beverly Cunningham, appeal, and the plaintiff, Dur-kin Village Plainville, LLC, cross appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court after deciding cross motions for summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The court’s judgment resolved a boundary dispute and awarded damages and injunctive relief to the plaintiff for the defendants’ trespass.
