This appeal is from a judgment of the Wayne county circuit court'which reversed the decision of the Michigan employment security commission appeal board granting defendant benefits under the act. The question involved is: was the decision of the Michigan employment security commission appeal board that the services defendant performed for plaintiff constitute “employment” within the meaning of the act contrary to the great weight of the evidence?
