YANKWICH, J., pro tem.

Following the verdict of a jury, plaintiff had judgment for $7,500 for personal injuries suffered by her when an automobile in which she was riding as a guest collided with an automobile owned by the defendant C. H. Quackenbush and operated by the defendant John Quackenbush, his minor son. As a condition to the denial of a motion for a new trial, the trial court reduced the judgment to $5,000. Before us, is an appeal by all defendants from the order reducing the judgment, as well as an appeal by John Quackenbush from the order denying his motion to set it aside. The…
