This is an action to quiet title to real estate in the county of Kings, California. The complaint is in the usual form alleging title in appellants. The answer denies title in appellants and alleges title in respondents. Judgment was entered in favor of respondents and this appeal followed.
Appellants deraign their title through an assessment of the property made by the assessor of the county of Kings in the year 1911, and a sale to the state in 1912.
