court of appeal, second district, first division, an opinion was rendered therein, written by Mr. Justice Houser, affirming a judgment decreeing as void a certain tax deed referred to therein. At about the time that this action was decided by the district court of appeal the case of Southern California Bond é Finance Corp. v. Mathes, 269 Pac. 964, was decided by the district court of appeal of the first district.
