One of. the plaintiffs is a real estate broker. His wife is a party plaintiff because she is the purchaser named in an agreement of purchase, and sale of real property which was enforced by judgment of trial court. Temple City is in Los Angeles County, a short.distance east of the city of Los Angeles, and is growing very rapidly.
