Boys Club of San Fernando Valley, Inc. (Boys Club) appeals from an order denying its petition to compel Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland (Fidelity) to take part in an arbitration between Boys Club and McLaughlin Construction, Inc. (McLaughlin).

Factual and Procedural Background
