This case and a companion case, National Relations Board v. A. W. Thompson, Inc., 5 Cir. 1975, 525 F.2d 870, were consolidated for purposes of argument on appeal. The matter is before us on petition of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce its order of September 11, 1974 against Hondo Drilling Company [Company], The Board adopted the decision and order of the Administrative Law Judge who had found after a hearing that the Company was in violation of Sections 8(a)(5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by withdrawing recognition from Local 826,…
