In the first, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) alleged that the accused violated Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 7-102(A)(1) (knowingly asserting position to harass or maliciously injure another) and DR 7-102(A)(2) (knowingly advancing claim or defense unwarranted under existing law) while representing his clients, the Korgans, in bankruptcy and related matters.
