In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) alleged that the accused violated former Oregon Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 6-101(B) (“A lawyer shall not neglect a legal matter entrusted to the lawyer.”). The accused concedes that he had violated that rule. A trial panel of the Disciplinary Board imposed a 120-day suspension from the practice of law.
