This appeal requires us to decide whether General Statutes § 47a-23c,1 which protects *681certain classes of tenants from dispossession, limits the right of a mortgagee after foreclosure to obtain, pursuant to General Statutes § 49-22,2 an execution of a judgment of ejectment against a protected tenant.
