The Oregon State Bar (Bar) charges the accused with professional misconduct arising from the neglect of a case undertaken for two clients. The trial panel found the accused guilty of violations of Disciplinary Rules (DR) G-101(B) (First Cause of Complaint) and DR 1-103(C) (Second Cause of Complaint). The trial panel also found the accused guilty of a second violation of DR 1-103(C) for failure to appear at the trial panel hearing.
