MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Following the Court’s Order and Memorandum Opinion dated January 17, 2001, the only remaining claims are Plaintiffs Title VII and ADEA claims of discrimination based on age and race against Quin Rivers Agency for Community Action (“Quin Rivers”). The bases for Defendants’ motion for summary judgment are that Plaintiff cannot establish the elements of a prima facie case, and that Quin Rivers has legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for undertaking…
