DOHNAL, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the Court by consent of the parties (28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1)) on the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. The Plaintiff, an African-American male employed by the Defendant, alleges that he was discriminated against by being subjected to a hostile work environment fomented by the racial animus of his supervisor and that he was retaliated against by an involuntary job transfer for having engaged in the protected activity of pursuing an authorized grievance procedure involving claims of…
