Dismissing the Plaintiff’s ADEA Termination Claim and Granting the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Remaining Claims

I. INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff alleges that his former employer, the defendant, unlawfully discriminated against him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code §§ 2-1401 et seq.
