This matter comes before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment.
Plaintiff David Legard filed this complaint on February 6, 2002, alleging employment discrimination based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
