This is a controversy without action involving the construction of tbe following paragraph in the will of N. W. Williams, deceased: “I give and devise to my grandson, who has not been named, the son of my deceased son, Bug Williams, that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Old Fields Township, Wilson County, N. C., adjoining the lands of Delphia Eatman, I. C. Eatman, J. L. Eatman and others, containing 100 acres, more or less, and known as the J. Frank Eatman home place.
