MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

TSOUCALAS, Judge:

Plaintiff, The Torrington Company, moves this Court for an order, pursuant to Rule 12(f) of the Rules of this Court, striking the affirmative defenses that defendant-intervenors, SKF USA, INC., AB SKF, SKF GmbH, and SKF GLEITLAGER GmbH (collectively SKF) raised in the answer submitted with its motion to intervene. The Court grants plaintiffs motion to strike the affirmative defenses set forth in the intervenors’ answer.
