This matter arises out of the parties’ motions concerning our jurisdiction and the trial court’s continuing retention of jurisdiction. Defendant filed an appeal from the trial court’s order that (1) denied defendant’s motion to set aside a default judgment in plaintiffs favor; and (2) determined that plaintiff was entitled to attorney fees incurred in resisting the motion to set aside but did not fix the amount of those fees.
