Plaintiff, a secured creditor, sued defendant Self Loader Service, Inc. (Self Loader), its debtor, and defendants Wagnon, as guarantors of the debt, for a deficiency under an installment sale contract and security agreement. Defendants’ amended answer alleged, by an affirmative defense and a counterclaim for damages, that plaintiffs sale of the collateral after repossession was commercially unreasonable. ORS 79.5070.
