In a “supplemental general judgment,” the trial court awarded defendants attorney fees and costs and disbursements based on the dismissal of one of plaintiffs claims. Plaintiff appeals from that judgment. We raise, on our own motion, the issue whether the “supplemental general judgment” is appealable. ORS 19.235(3). For the reasons that we will explain, we conclude that the trial court’s disposition is appealable.
